We were off early again today. After yesterday’s rocks, I am expecting another challenging day. We have some distance to cover, with three climbs. 

There were some great views from the ridgeline. Kelly’s Knob being the best of the day. It’s amazing how well the sound of a lawn mower travels. It’s the first sound that you’re descending down to a road or town. 

The shelter and campsites are in an active pasture. 

I’m tired enough to sleep through anything.
